Repair Service Policy
1Kaleg offers a free repair service on KALEG products with valid proof of purchase products, where an accident or general wear has caused damage to your garment.Proof of purchase from KALEG official online store, KALEG Agit or an approved KALEG retail partner is required. 2While we makes every effort to repair items back to their original condition, there could be slight differences in materials and components. 3Please note that repairs can take up to 1~2 weeks to process, once they have been received by our customer service team. 4To submit a repair request for an item, please contact the point of purchase. They will guide you on repair reapavailability and processing time.
