Returns
- If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it.
- For returns due to a simple change of mind, you can request a return from the Account page.
- Returns will be approved only if the application is made within 30 days after the product arrives and the product is returned directly to the return shipping address in its undamaged condition.
- Return requests will not be accepted after 30 days.
- All international return shipping costs and other taxes are the responsibility of the customer, unless we provide you with an incorrect/defective item.
- If the product is defective, a product different from the ordered product is delivered, or there is damage during shipping, you can receive a return and refund (including delivery fees).
In this case, please contact the contact information below within 7 days after the product arrives, including the order number, reason for return, and a photo of the returned product.
- Exchanges are not possible. Please return the product and purchase a new one.
- Refund processing will be processed after inspection of the returned product, and inspection will take 3 to 7 days after the product arrives.
- Refunds may take up to 5 business days after inspection is completed, depending on the payment method used.
- When returning a refund, the initial delivery fee incurred is excluded.
